Assemblymember Calderon Co-Chairs Growing Tech Caucus

(Sacramento) – At a State Capitol news conference Assemblymembers Ian Calderon (D-Whittier) and Evan Low (D-Silicon Valley), together with members of the California Legislative Technology and Innovation Caucus, announced its new members and discussed policy priorities aimed at strengthening our state’s thriving innovation economy. “As the 8th largest economy in the world, investing in technology and fostering innovation remains critical to California’s economic prosperity,” Caucus Co-Chair Assemblymember Calderon said. “Our Caucus is committed to supporting policies that strike a balance between keeping the tech economy strong while maintaining the public’s trust in the industry and protecting all Californians.” Here’s more in this Assembly Access video.
