Assemblymember Calderon to Host 57th Assembly District Annual College & Career Fair

(La Puente, CA) – Assemblymember Ian C. Calderon (D-Whittier), in partnership with Hacienda La Puente Unified School District and East Valley Boys & Girls Club, is hosting the 57th Assembly District Annual College & Career Fair on Saturday, September 19th at La Puente High School. Over 40 representatives from colleges, universities and career technical educational programs will be there. Workshops in English & Spanish on financial aid, the DREAM Act, SAT/ACT, community colleges and much more are scheduled. And – ALL high school students who attend will be entered in the drawing for $100 and $250 prizes. Students must be present to accept.
